Climate summit in Paris

The COP21 conference on climate change, held in France, in Paris, from 29 November to 11 December 2015.

Vladimir Putin represents Russia. The primary goal of the summit is the climate change debate, a significant contribution which makes the flaring of associated petroleum gas (APG) at fields.

The participants presented their plans to combat global warming, which determine their actions in the coming years. In many ways, this goal can be achieved by improving the efficiency of existing facilities, creation of technologies that operate on the so-called "closed cycle", the rational recycling of waste. In particular, the problem of APG combustion in flares and the possibility of recycling with the use of innovative technologies will be considered at the highest level.
