Creation of the joint venture in the Republic of the Sudan

11.05.2015 Board of Directors of "GTL" the company decided to establish a joint venture with state-owned company of the Republic of Sudan Sudapet Company Ltd. with equity participation Sudapet Company Ltd. at a rate of 51 %  and OAO "GTL" in the amount of 49 % . After the start of production, the joint venture will generate revenue from the operation of a gas processing plant, as well as to engage in the construction of new factories in the country.
