Information for shareholders

Dear shareholders of JSC "GTL", in accordance with our agreements and with your permission I received during the discussion with you at the shareholders' meeting from 25.03.2016 year, I begin organizational work for the elections of the state Duma.

We believe that our political party "Rodina", supported by the Patriotic industry, science, workers, agricultural workers, intellectuals and the business deserves to win in these elections.

My goal as President of the company, which is one of the representatives of innovative business - to organize election campaign in the Republic of Bashkortostan with the goal of winning in all six constituencies and maximize the number of votes for our party. This must be done for the sake of our great country Russia, and the future development of innovation business and science in the country. In our own experience we know what artificial difficulty created over the past decades, non-replaceable, selectable on a pre-agreed list of deputies from the parliamentary parties. By these methods, they make virtually impossible the development of such important for the country and the modern world trends in the field of Economics, as an innovative business. Employees GTL, probably one of the most experienced teams in Russia in this area, the leaders and the best investment of 2015 have to spend months to overcome these obstacles. But all over the world the best innovative solutions are created by inexperienced initiative young people, students, scientists, engineers, doctors. Just an ordinary people who can dream and create. In developed countries, there era all the conditions for this. But when the Parliament of our country on electoral lists are 100% of people who don't even know what the establishment and work of innovative business, is what we have today in Russia what we have.

Over the past decade has not grown any Russian innovative company, which would include the leaders of the world market. Today, a small innovative company GTL has been agreed in the global market in the amount of more than $ 3 billion, also has a huge, yet the free market for our products. Only one Venezuela, we need to agree upon and implement in the near future work for 4-5 billion dollars for the processing of flare gases in aromaticheskie hydrocarbons with the use of GTL technology for use to prepare for the transportation of local heavy oil. Here they are, volumes. Make thousands of orders on Russian enterprises of chemical engineering. But no, we are busy overcoming the obstacles created in respect of domestic innovative business from the legislators and the government. And this nonsense at the state level is not overcome by any innovative company separately. We need to introduce to Parliament a new party of Industrialists, scientists and representatives of innovative business, in order at the legislative level in the coming time to remove those obstacles, to correct previously adopted by the ruling party ill-considered laws and regulations, regulations which render impossible the development of innovative business in our country. There's no other way. Or finally, the country is lagging behind in its development, or we solve this problem in Parliament at the legislative level.

We have to win for the sake of innovative development of industry of our country of Russia.
