Information for shareholders

We inform you that according to the law "On Joint-stock Companies" candidates to the Board of Directors are nominated not later than 30 days after the end of the financial year (paragraph 1 of article 53 of the law). Accordingly, proposals should be submitted to the company to 31.01.17 inclusive. Nominations to the Board of Directors may nominate a shareholder or group of shareholders holding 2% of the company's securities.
