The meeting will be held at: Moscow, Smolenskaya square, 3 (TDK "Smolensky passage"), the halls of Moscow and Samara. Registration of the shareholders at 13-00. Closing date to register for participation in meeting - January 29.

The recommended cutoff date for dividends in 2015 – April 12.
