The big transaction in shares JSC "GTL"

For controlling stake`s recoveryon the 16th of September 2015 the President of the company RafisKadyrov bought out consolidated shareholdingsJSC "GTL" in the amount of 38,0037% (986 574 201 pcs) within the ex-pit transaction of entities and individuals. The amount of transaction is 25 000 000 $. The property rights` transition was made on the 24th of September 2015 by the JSC R.O.S.T. Registrar, Moscow.
